The thought of a living creature slowly dying an unnecessary death from sickness, injury or abandonment is heart-breaking. Nothing deserves to suffer or die alone and in pain. That is why your donation matters. We work hard to care for and rerelease as many wild animals as possible, and it is a fantastic feeling when you are able to watch something be released back into its habitat, knowing it can continue its life. Although some of the animals we receive are not able to make it, when something is able to pass away painlessly and in a safe environment rather than prolonged and agonising, it makes the job worth doing.
