About our charity
One in four people will experience a mental health problem at some point in their lives – Many people who experience mental health problems are unsure what to do or where to turn, and many are afraid to talk about their problems. Havering Mind has been providing a wide range of services that support people during their journey to recovery since 1965. The organisation also works to end the stigma and discrimination faced by people with mental health problems each day.
