Annie

Why your donation matters

Your donation can make a real and lasting difference to the lives of the animals that we care for. Take the case of Annie.

Annie was found abandoned in a very poor state. We took her immediately to our vets, the awful smell from her infected skin was overpowering. The vet said she was at least 6kg underweight, that her left eye was badly ulcerated and will have to be removed, her right eye is ulcerated but can hopefully be saved. She has a yeast and bacterial infection, her skin is red raw, her paws very swollen and infected. All in all a very neglected & sad little dog. Annie is a young dog & deserves the chance to live a normal, happy life. We will give Annie that chance, but we are looking at almost £3,000 in vets fees.
