About our charity
Jersey Hospice Care offers specialist palliative care to patients with cancer and motor neurone disease. Our services are provided free of charge within patients' homes, and at our Day Hospice and In-Patient Unit. The Community Bereavement Service is also available to all islanders. Thank you
