Life Path helps people with learning disabilities to live as independantly as possible. We support them to engage in their local community, encourage social skills by going out and organising trips, look for a job where possible, learning new skills if it is desired, help with money matters and lifestyle choices.

Recently our citizens were supported to move into self contained flats which has been a huge success, measured by individuals, their families and social services!
