About our charity
<p> PKAVS is a diverse charity "Making the Difference" in Perth & Kinross through its work in the areas of Carers, Youth, Community Initiatives and Community Engagement. Every year, PKAVS helps over 5,000 local people, including adults with mental ill health or limited mobility, and young and adult carers, to enjoy a better quality of life. PKAVS aims to ensure those it supports, particularly our young people, have every chance to succeed in life.<p> <p> PKAVS responds to changing community needs and embraces new ideas. It promotes volunteering and active citizenship in Perth & Kinross and makes local communities stronger by supporting and representing the local Voluntary and Community Sector.<p>
