Why your donation matters

The RSPCA Sheffield is a completely seperately registered charity to the National RSPCA (who employ the inspectors). We are totally reliant on the people of Sheffield for support to run the centre, as we receive no national or government funding.

The centre costs over £1500 per day to run, caring for over 60 dogs and 120 cats at any one time, including their care, food, vets bills and rehabilitation.

We have a non euthanasia policy that no re-homable animal in our care should be put to sleep. Euthanasia is only carried out to prevent unacceptable levels of suffering, for aggression towards people or as required by the law.
