Myself, and 4 friends are cycling from John o Groats to Lands End to help raise money for 2 very worthwhile charities. Help For Heroes & The Christie Hospital.
Im sure that many of you can relate to these charities and have had either friends or family who have been some way or another connected to these charities.
We are cycling over 9 days between 20th-29th May 2011 and hopefully we can raise a significant amount of money for the charities.
