Stupidly, Bob and I have decided to run 13.1 actual miles, all for charity!
We are raising money in memory of Isobel, our daughter Sophie's best friend, who sadly passed away after being with us for only 13 months.
Isobel was born 3 months' early as a result of pre-eclampsia. Pre-eclampsia continues to be the most common of the serious complications of pregnancy and impacts one thousands of women in the UK each year.
Isobel's mum and dad's chosen charity is Action on Pre-eclampsia whose aims are to raise public and professional awareness, improve care and ease or prevent physical and emotional suffering caused by this potentially devastating condition.
