On 18th September 2011, we will be taking part in a Triathlon Relay at Dorney Lake, Eton in aid of the HSBC Build-a-School charity.
Mark Stearn - Swimming 1500m in a freezing cold, deep, dark lake (make sure you avoid the ducks Mark!)
Darren Barnes - Cycling 40km around the lake (no stopping for protein shakes or photo stops half way round the lake Daz!!). Daz even has a shiny new bike for the event (no knobbly tyres for him).
Tracey Henneker - Running 10km around the lake (10k? - easy - I did it last week. Over 3 different days but that's allowed isn't it....?)
Please sponsor us in aid of this worthy cause, and 'cos we're all getting far too old to do this sort of thing.
