Well, it's finally happening. You may have heard about this monumental mission or even seen us training on the streets of Salop. A gang of Alberbury Young Farmers are planning to run in relay around the boundary of the County of Shropshire over three days. We've joined together to raised money for 3 great charities, which are for one reason or another, close to our hearts.
This was a feat that was originally accomplished by the Davies brothers (Jim, Philip, Robert and Peter) back in the '70s to raise money for the roof of Alberbury Church. Decades later some of their offspring and other friends are going to try and do it again.

Starting on the 30th September 2011, members of Alberbury Young Farmers Club will relay run around the perimeter of Shropshire in under 3 days for The British Heart Foundation, Ward 22 – Royal Shrewsbury Hospital – Stroke Rehabilitation Unit and the Alzheimer’s Society.
We would be soooo grateful for any money you can spare to support our efforts and help these charities. It's not going to be an easy challenge so please help us find that bit extra motivation by flashing the cash!
