As-Suffa student have taken on this great challenge to help raise money for the As-Suffa's Homeless Project that to date has provided over 250,000 hot meals to some of the most deprived people in the UK.
Every winter we run our Sub-Zero project that gets homeless people off the streets and into a safe haven in cold winter nights where the temperature drops below ZERO.
As-Suffa would like to extend this service to ensure that no one gets to spend a night on the streets alone.
Last December our team were walking in Birmingham city centre where they saved to young people 18 years and 21 years old who were cowering in -6C temperatures at 11:30pm. God knows what would have happened to them if our team weren't there to walk the streets looking for homeless people to help.
By donating you can make a huge difference because we would like to open up our shelter every night and for this we need equipment such as bedding, sheets, heaters, food and drink as well as a security team.
Your generous donations can make all this happen and keep vulnerable people off the streets at night during what is expected to be a bitter winter.
