Ever heard that it takes 21 days to form a habit? Well team WH is putting it to the test with a series of 21-day challenges – from fitness and beauty to relationships and fashion. Our only rule? If it doesn't scare you, it's not challenging enough! 

This April, we're teaming up with beauty experts Aveda for a #WH21daychallenge to do yoga and raise money for WaterAid UK.
