As you are probably aware, on the 23rd July of this year I will be embarking on a seven day, 600+ mile journey around Wales with nothing but my bike to get me from A to B.
I will be riding to raise funds for two charities; the Pancreatic Cancer Research Fund and the Robert Jones and Agnes Hunt Orthopaedic and District Hospital Charitable Fund- both remarkable charities which deserve all the support they can get.
