We are Ainània (@ainania_ainania) and Ariadna (@arigador), two enthusiastic yoga practitioners linked some way or another to the world of education. We believe education is an essential human right and every single child should be entitled to it irrespective of caste, gender, creed or ethnicity. Yoga Mission is a charity aiming to educate needy children in the poorest regions of India. It was only founded in 2010 and what they have accomplished so far is truly remarkable.
Our goal is to help raise funds for Yoga Mission through an Instagram #yogachallenge that we will call #BasicYogaWheel. The challenge will take part during the month of January 2016 and it will consist in posting a picture and/or video of a different yoga pose every day using the yoga wheel. You can check our Instagram accounts for pictures and information, and of course we encourage everyone to join us and take part in this challenge! We will be giving away a fantastic yoga wheel from Yoga Flex (@breathelifeyogawheel) amongst the participants!
This is going be a challenge for us since we have never used the yoga wheel before, and we are highly motivated to succeed for Yoga Mission. Please help support us this great cause, any contribution small or big helps!
