Lindsay MacKay (Kitchen) and Jerome Chevet (Food & Beverage)are climbing “Ben Hope Munro”, the Northern most Munro in Scotland on the 28th of November 2011. It will be a team time trial (a team from Kitchen against a team of Butlers) and all benefits will go to charity.
