We are taking part in Total Warrior 2015 at Shap, which will take place on Saturday 1 August. This involves a gruelling 10k run through 30 obstacles and river crossings. For further information, visit www.totalwarrior.co.uk.
We are raising money for two charities, represented by the two different pages listed below. Our main charity is Action for Charity: Woman vs Cancer (which in turn supports Breast Cancer Care, Jo's Cervical Cancer Trust and Ovarian Cancer Action). Raising enough money for this charity will help one of our team members to take part in a cycle event in Africa too! Full details are on her page.
The second charity is Eden Valley Hospice.
