A number of Cordwainers are pitting their skills and wits against each others teams as part of the Cordwainer Fusilier Challenge this June. Undertaking a series of mystery mental and physical challenges. Challenges that will put us through our paces, give us a glimpse of life in a Fusilier’s shoes, not least the joys of a ration pack which we will have to cook ourselves for lunch!
We are raising money the Royal Regiment of Fusiliers Aid Society, their benevolent fund which dispensed approximately £120k in the last year to the families of bereaved families and others who have been severely injured or fallen on hard times. The modern day demands on the Regiment, notably from Iraq and Afghanistan, mean more funds are needed to carry on this good work.
Overall we are looking to raise a minimum of £10,000 between all the teams, anything you could give to any or all of the teams would be most appreciated.
