Thanks for visiting our team fundraising page.
We are raising funds and awareness for two charities; The Anthony Nolan Trust - helping to saving lives of people with Leukaemia (blood cancer) and The Stroke Association - providing support to victims of stroke and their families. Also, providing support and raising awareness for the Rik Basra - Save A Life Campaign for leukaemia sufferers..
We will be travelling from the UK’s most southern part - Land's End (Cornwall), to the UK's most northern part John O’Groat’s (Scotland). The whole journey is approximately 2,500 miles (round trip from Birmingham) and will take around 12 days to complete. We will be going cross-country and we are passing though all major cities, visiting tourist attractions and places of worship along the route. We are travelling between the 15th and 27th August 2012, in the hope that we will raise awareness and also raise funds for these life-saving and worthwhile charities.
