For those of you that know us - FAB has not been together since 2000 and though the circumstances for us coming together again are not pleasant ones we hope you will come and support our causes.
We recently lost 2 friends through a road traffic accident and cancer. These were two special people that we met as a result of FAB and the most fitting way we could think of to honour their name was to put on an event in support of the charities that they supported and who supported them.
Colin Hawkes and Sandra Paul Spooner will live on in our minds and hearts.

Though you can donate as much or as little as you wish, we suggest a minimum of £10 - it will be a fantastic day of fitness with some fantastic instructors!!
