Hi, I’m Gareth Jenkins from Malton and I’m doing the Tri-Windermere Triathlon on Sunday 29 June 2014 to raise funds for two vital local organisations - Home-Start Ryedale and Hope Central.
During the past 2 years life has been difficult for me. The support of these two organisations has been life-changing, helping me to become a happy and successful single Dad.
Home-Start Ryedale supports struggling local families, to give children the best start in life.
Hope Central provides Debt Advice and a Food Bank.
The Triathlon consists of a 1500m swim (in Lake Windermere), 43k cycle and 10k run.
