Thanks for taking the time to visit our JustGiving page.
As you may have probably heard, James Barr and I, Johnathan Todd, - two medical students at Southampton University, for those of you who may not know us personally - are going to undertake the epic journey of cycling 2500 miles from Vancouver, Canada to San Diego (very close to the Mexican border), USA over 1 month this summer, starting on June 18th. In doing so, we hope to raise as much money as possible for two charities, namely the Malaria Consortium and the Samantha Dickson Brain Tumour Trust. We would urge you strongly to go to the links on this page to read about the important work of these two organisations and help us in supporting them by donating through this JustGiving page. Donations of any value will be much appreciated - if enough people donate a small amount, together we can raise a valuable sum. Thanks!
Internet access permitting, we hope to post updates about our trip as we go, so you can follow our progress.
Donating through JustGiving is simple, fast and totally secure. Your details are safe with JustGiving – they’ll never sell them on or send unwanted emails. Once you donate, they’ll send your money directly to the charity and make sure Gift Aid is reclaimed on every eligible donation by a UK taxpayer. So it’s the most efficient way to donate - we raise more, whilst saving time and cutting costs for the charity.
