25 children with terminal and life-limiting illnesses are waiting to find out if they can go to Florida on Destination Dreams in December this year. For some of these children 2013 may be the last year that they have to fulfill this dream. Therefore we need your help to Keep The Dream Alive.
Caudwell Children's Destination Dreams Programme sends 25 children with terminal and life limiting illnesses and their families, on a once-in-a-lifetime, fully supported holiday to Disney World Florida each year. Families who go on Destination Dreams often thought a holiday like this would be impossible due to the complex health needs and critical requirements they face on a daily basis. Destination Dreams provides life-long memories for these families to cherish in their hearts and minds forever.
