The Norwich Community Band Project has been created with an aim to raise as much money for charity through the art of music!
Norwich has a huge amount of musical talent and by getting as many of these musicians together as possible can only result in a good thing. In this case it’s a song for Charity.
The song we have chosen is Wizard’s “Wish It Could Be Christmas Everyday” and the plan is to record it for Christmas 2013. Each part of the process will be filmed and documented and a short “Making of” video will be made to accompany the music.
It is the project itself that requires sponsoring and it is the project that is the fundraiser. The track (when finished) will be available through this website as a free download, we merely ask for a donation which can be made through our Just Giving page. No donation is too small, and naturally no donation is too big! We are already taking donations if you would like to give us your money now!! ;-)
This is an interesting project for all involved. Lots of musicians, lots of talent, and all working together in 1 studio for 5 charities!
