We're a team of HSBC graduates who are raising money for Marie Curie by taking part in Tough Mudder.
Tough Mudder is a 12 mile extreme-obstacle course; with challenges such as electric shocks, ice tanks and fire walking, it's an event that will be both physically and mentally exhausting.
We're asking you to help us in supporting Marie Curie Cancer Care. This is a charity that needs no introduction because at one point in our lives either us or someone close to us will be affected by this disease.
HSBC have pledged to match the first £500 that each team member raises. This, in addition to gift aid, means that your money goes so much further to helping people. For example, a £20 donation would actually be worth £45 for Marie Curie; if each of us raise £500 then we'd be raising a grand total of £5700. Not bad, hey?
