16 Employees of Kärcher UK in Banbury will be undertaking a gruelling 2 day Outward Bound challenge in aid of The Outward Bound Trust.
The event takes place on the 4th and 5th June June and is called 'Pedal Paddle Pound' and consists of:
Day 1 a 33km walk inc scaling Scafell Pike and various smaller peaks in the Lake District.
Day 2 consists of a 19km Bike Ride a further 11km Hike up Hellvellyn (the 3rd Highest peak in England ) before ending with a 7km Canoe up Lake Ullswater to the finish.
All this has to be completed between 6am Saturday and 6pm Sunday
This is in aid of a fantastic Charity who give Children the Chance to go on a outward bound course to give them essential life skills.
These children would not normally be able to attend such courses but through the trust this is possible and gives the children who attend fantastics memories and skills to take into life
