A few months back, a group of Friends/mums from Staplehurst went on a local pub bike ride - 21 miles and all just for fun! Despite the rain crashing down on us we completed the ride exhausted but exhilarated. Several of us were asked afterwards if we did it for charity and we were offered donations- unfortunately we hadn't!
We decided we would do it again but definately for charity this time as things would turn out the perfect charity has been highlighted to us -(sadly due to news via Staplehurst School of a very poorly baby needing to undergo treatment).
We hope to raise some good funds for the Royal Marsden Cancer Charity and Kent Autistic Trust Family Support, so please help to make every mile of the ride worthwhile and give as generously as you can :o)
