Thanks for visiting our BIG ZIPPERS - TEAM SUPERHEROES fundraising page. It was set up by Gillian Low and Caralyn Nolan on behalf of the Friends of Aberdeen Citizens' Advice Bureau.
If you are reading this then you will have recived notification of the Friends' fundraising event "THE BIG ZIP!" taking place at Duthie Park, Aberdeen on Sunday 11 March 2012. Those taking part get to zip down a 100ft high, 800ft long zipwire - very high and fast so you can see we are all very brave!! In additon some members of TEAM SUPERHEROES will be doing the zip in full costume (currently David Birnie as Batman, Gillian Low as Wonder Woman and Caralyn Nolan as Catwoman.)
If you would like to join Team Superheroes, then please do! You don't have to be in fancy dress and we would really love to see as many people as possible joining the zipwire challenge on March 11. Any queries then please let us know - you know where to find us!
The Friends of Aberdeen Citizens' is a very worthy cause helping to provide funding to the local CAB branch, which gives financial and other practical advice and support to the people of Aberdeen and the North East.
