Thanks for visiting our team fundraising page. We are going an adventure around Britain on our bike (Cat) and feet (Moses).
We are motivated by the quote ‘Forget Making Poverty History, Climate Change will make Poverty Permanent’. The idea is that we are ‘racing’ down to London to get that message to the politicians in time, because of its huge urgency. We will be starting in Edinburgh because there was a Make Poverty History event held there in 2005. It is hoped that this event will pick up where that left off and emphasise that poverty is not yet history and in fact is being terribly exacerbated by climate change.
We would like to take this opportunity to invite you to join us to either run with Moses or cycle with Cat for part of the journey. You also very well encouraged to come and cheer us on especially in Edinburgh, Cardiff and/or London
