In a low income household with the demands of children, no job, no spare cash, high levels of stress and low expectations there is little respite for relaxation, holiday, leisure, hobbies, fun - the things most of us take for granted, however pressured our lives are.

Confidence and self-esteem disappear - without them we're all lost. They are the first building blocks in life: relationships, education, training, employment ... having fun - achieving our potential as civilized, caring human beings.
