About our charity
Veterans Aid, aged 78 yrs, is in the shadows. Helps destitute homeless ex-Servicemen; many are young. Gets 2,000 calls for help, provides 20,000 nights of accommodation at its hostel in Stepney annually – no fuss; also travel, food, clothing – nothing complicated, just the basics to restore dignity.
