Rethink, the leading national mental health membership charity, works to help everyone affected by severe mental illness recover a better quality of life. We provide hope and empowerment through effective services and support to all those who need us and campaign for change through greater awareness and understanding.

Thanks for visiting my fundraising page, please dig deep to help Rethink the mental health charity to continue with the fantastic work they do supporting people with mental illness.

On the 13 of June 2007 I will set out from London and begin a journey of nearly three hundred miles to Paris France.

Please help me to raise funds for this great charity and make all the pain in my legs and bum worth while, ouch

PS. The rumours put about by those I work with that this is just an excuse to parade around in Lycra shorts are just so untrue .
