ZANE was founded in 2002 to help the elderly whose pensions had been destroyed by inflation, including ex-service people who fought in World War II. Last year they fed and cared for 1,900 people. In 2005 ZANE started a work caring for the poor, widows, orphans and HIV/AIDS sufferers.
