The 10,000 Interns Foundations exists to transform the workplace: kickstarting careers through paid internships, developing future leaders through our alumni programme and working closely with employers to build inclusive workplaces. Since 2020 we have created 10,000 internship opportunities for talented students and graduates across the UK. We believe that talent is everywhere but opportunity is not. By harnessing our unique insight and data we shape corporate practice and influence policy to enable underrepresented talent to thrive at every level. Our mission is grounded in Section 158 of the Equality Act 2010, using evidence-based positive action to address clear and persistent underrepresentation. We remain confident in both the legal and moral basis of our work as we continue to deliver our mission with integrity.
