Established in 1989 Advocacy Matters (Wales) exists to promote the independent voice and protect the rights and choices of individuals with a learning disability. Our vision is that individuals with a learning disability and / or Autism spectrum conditions are recognised as equal citizens who participate in society and control their own lives.
