Aligned Futures is a youth development charity committed to improving social mobility for disadvantaged young people, typically aged 11–19. We exist to empower young minds with the tools, guidance and networks they need to navigate life’s key transitions and pursue fulfilling futures. Our flagship initiative, the Align Programme, helps students build self-awareness, define their aspirations, and make confident, informed decisions about education, employment or training. Through mentoring, real-world insight, and values-based coaching, we encourage young people to discover their purpose, think long-term, and unlock their full potential. We work in partnership with schools, local organisations, and professionals to ensure that no young person is left behind due to circumstance. Every session is designed to inspire belief, develop character, and spark bold vision for the future. At Aligned Futures, we believe that background should never limit potential.
