All Saints serves the village community of about 800 people with services, weddings, baptisms, funerals and events. The duty of maintaining this significant architectural and historical building falls upon this small community. Despite widening the use of the church as much as possible, Marsworth is hard pressed to fund the continual maintenance and repairs, which have to be faced as well as the day to day expenses necessary in running an active church.
