The Angus Buchanan VC Recreation Ground is a charity set up by Coleford people in 1923 to provide a play area for "urchins" and recreation facilities for adults. We have provided sports pitches, 40 acres of wildflower meadows and woodland together with the Leonard Craze Pavilion as a Community Hub.
