About us
Argyle Anonymous is a non-profit organization that was founded in 1990 for the purpose of helping Argyle children in need. In 1999, the program expanded its vision to helping the growing needs of Argyle seniors as well. The program is run by about ten individuals who wish to remain nameless. The Argyle school nurses are the eyes and ears of the organization. Children are usually referred by them as they become aware of needs that are going unmet. The types of needs that are met include eye care, dental care, prescriptions, and other minor medical needs not covered by Medicare or insurance or when a family is unable to afford it. The goals are to increase a child's ability to learn and to help seniors in need live life more comfortably.
