The Snowmobile Ride-In to benefit Pine Tree Camp began in 1974 with a handful of snowmobile clubs riding into Newport for a weekend of events to support Pine Tree Camp, a summer camp for Maine children and adults with disabilities. Over the past 50 years, the event has raised nearly $5 million, translating into thousands of lives transformed by the Pine Tree Camp experience.
This year's anniversary celebration will span three days and will feature the famous Q106.5 Celebrity Egg Ride, a Poker Run, an Auction, and a Vintage Snowmobile Display. Please consider joining us for one of these events to show your support for Pine Tree Camp!

It's a messy annual tradition with Q106.5 personalities and other Maine celebrities stuffing raw eggs (one for every $50 pledged) into their snow suits and hopping on their sleds for a ride!

Pine Tree Camp opened its gates in 1945 as a summer camp for children with physical disabilities. Over the years, it has evolved into a place where children and adults with disabilities and their families are able to participate in all the recreation activities for which Maine is known all year long. The 285-acre barrier-free setting, along with an amazing staff, ensure that activities like swimming, fishing, kayaking, biking, archery, hiking, boating, snowshoeing and even camping in a tent under the stars are completely accessible to all. At Pine Tree Camp, people of all abilities experience the restorative benefits of immersing in the outdoors. The impact is transformational.
Pine Tree Camp provides year-round fully accessible programming to keep Maine people with disabilities engaged, active and outdoors. Pine Tree Camp is Maine's only ACA-accredited camp exclusively serving people with disabilities and no camper, or family, is ever turned away due to their inability to pay.
