Most of us have systems of safety nets in place to spot us through a rough patch -- things like health insurance through our employer, paid sick leave, a salary with room to build savings, and a landlord or mortgage company who is willing to work with us in a pinch.

For many women in Seattle who experience these same circumstances, Jubilee is that safety net of support.
