This year I am grateful to have joined the board of Jubilee Women's Center after providing community meals there with friends and family for years.  Sharing a meal with the women, hearing their stories of resilience and change and strength, and witnessing firsthand the powers of community and service drew me to engage with the mission more deeply.

Please consider joining Wally and me on our deck/in my garden on Sunday, September 27th at 5pm to learn more.  If you won't be joining us in person, thank you for considering a gift to support the mission.  We welcome the first 10 people who accept the physical invitation by contacting me at 206-310-5410 to let me know, or to ask questions about the event/cause.  

We will provide heavy appetizers and beverages for those who feel comfortable sharing.  We welcome you to bring your own if that feels right for you.  We have plenty of space for distancing and welcome you to come through the yard or the house (doors will be open).  If it is too cold or raining we will reschedule or move to zoom.
