We did it!

Thanks to two gifts in memory of VAdm. Douglas C. Plate, a former board member of the Lowcountry Land Trust, we exceeded our goal! The Henry M. Blackmer Foundation pledged $10,000, which unlocked a $5,000 gift from an anonymous donor to take us over $150,000. Thank you so much to our generous donors!

This is a year of milestones.

The Lowcountry Land Trust is celebrating its 35th anniversary, we've welcomed new team members, and the excitement and momentum are building as we draw closer to 150,000 total acres preserved.

We need your help to cross this milestone. We're humbly asking our supporters to make this year's May Giving Challenge our most successful ever by raising $150,000 in one week. From May 17 - 23, join us by making a gift, starting your own fundraiser, or sharing our campaign through email and social media.

What's a challenge without incentives along the way? Your gift and those of your friends will help us unlock more than $55,000 in challenge funds from some of our closest supporters. Throughout the week as we cross fundraising milestones, our donors will match our efforts with bonus gifts. We can't do this without your help.

Challenge Milestones

As we raise money towards our $150,000 goal, we'll unlock challenge gifts from some of our closest friends and supporters, instantly giving us a boost. Here are the targets:
