Story

Spin for Stroke is a great way for you to cycle while raising vital funds for the Stroke Association.

Across the UK there are 1.3 million stroke survivors who need our support, now more than ever.

You might choose to cycle from the comfort of your own living room, around a local park or perhaps to the shops. Next up, decide on how far you'll cycle; will it be 25, 50 or 100 miles? Once you've decided you're ready to get cycling!

When stroke strikes, part of your brain shuts down. And so does a part of you. It happens every five minutes in the UK and changes lives instantly.

We believe that making a recovery after stroke is a team effort. We work hard to connect everyone in the stroke community so that people can live the best life possible after stroke.

Our specialist support, research and campaigning are truly only possible with the courage and determination of the stroke community. With more donations and support from you, we can continue to rebuild even more lives.
