The mission of the Global Down Syndrome Foundation (GLOBAL) is to elongate life and significantly improve health outcomes for the awesome people with Down syndrome we serve. We support over 400 scientists and over 2,500 patients with Down syndrome from 33 states and 10 countries.

This inspirational event brings together policymakers from both sides of the aisle, key scientists from NIH, and our Down syndrome community. With your support, GLOBAL's advocacy efforts have increased the NIH Down syndrome research and medical care budget by $338 million over the last six years.

The 2024 gala features Grammy-nominated, multi-platinum, singer/songwriter and actress, Jordin Sparks, GLOBAL Ambassador Isla Eager, two Quincy Jones Exceptional Advocacy Awardees, and the Rosa DeLauro and Tom Cole GLOBAL Advancement Awardees. It also features a dance performance by soloist Robert Wallop and the inclusive dance troupe RhythmXpress.
