By giving today, you can ensure that underprivileged youth across Maryland, Virginia, and DC have the brand-new backpacks, school supplies and school uniforms they need to succeed.
Thanks to amazing supporters like YOU, Operation Backpack made a huge impact last year, raising $39,400 in monetary donations and gathering $46,800 in supply donations to provide 2,000 students backpacks, supplies and school uniforms!
This year for Operation Backpack, we need your help once more if we are to meet the needs of our regions' most vulnerable students.
From now until the end of August, our goal is to raise $50,000 in monetary donations and collect $50,000 in supply donations to support 3,000 students.
Operation Backpack is only made possible by giving hearts like yours. Can we count on you for support?
* $50 provides a new backpack filled with supplies for a child.
* $100 ensures a child has fresh school uniforms.
* $150 provides a child a completed backpack AND school uniforms.
* $300 funds summer camp for a child.
* $500 provides 60 days of healthy meals for a kid
