Story
Last year at Spinal Injuries Association we supported 1,655 enquirers through our free advice line service, we received 65,083 visits to our website and factsheets and helped 92 solicitors further their knowledge of offering legal representation to someone with a spinal cord injury.
It is estimated that over 40,000 within the UK are living with a spinal cord injury so our work is still as vital today as it was over 40 years ago when Spinal Injuries Association was founded.
This year to help raise awareness and funds to keep our work going, we have 17 awesome people taking on 42.1 kilometres in Berlin City. We are thrilled to have two team members taking on the prestigious flat course in their wheelchair alongside 15 runners of all abilities.
So why not leave them a little note to pick them up and encourage them when they may feel a little fatigued as they complete months of training for the big day on 16th September?
