The Community Connections Family Fun Day & Walk is our biggest fundraiser of the year, bringing awareness and funding to help individuals with disabilities throughout Southeastern Massachusetts and Cape Cod with on-site and remote services, employment supports, and supported living services to provide a lasting impact in their relationships and in their lives.
