When an accident required her to use a wheelchair for 6 months, Donna Sabecky, our founder, became aware of the unique needs encountered by people with disabilities and the lack of adequate services to meet those needs. This awareness drove Donna to open Community Connections in 1985. We serve over 800 individuals throughout Southeastern Massachusetts and Cape Cod with on-site and remote services, employment supports, and supported living services to provide a lasting impact in their relationships and in their lives.
