Engineers in Action works with underserved communities and global partners to execute sustainable engineering projects that build local capacity and improve access to essential resources. Every year, we invite you to join us as we celebrate what we accomplished together over the past year and build support for what we aspire to accomplish in the year to come.

Thanks to our generous supporters, 2024 was our biggest year yet! We empowered hundreds of volunteers from our 22 university partners and six industry partners to help build 16 bridges in Bolivia and Eswatini. We also worked with a variety of partners to build 21 water, sanitation, and hygiene (WASH) projects in Bolivia, Eswatini, and Ecuador. Those projects are now serving thousands of people who previously lived without access to clean water and other essential resources. Check out the video below to get a feel for what that looked like in Mankantimane, Eswatini. The video was made by the student volunteers who worked on the project, from our chapters at the universities Eastern Mennonite, Iowa, and Southern Indiana. In 2025, we aspire to have an even greater impact. We're aiming to build 40 more bridge and WASH projects to serve thousands more people. We need your help to meet our fundraising goal before the end of the year, which will be enough to serve the first 1,200 of those people.

For just $50 you can help a child get to school, a pregnant mother reach the health clinic, a hardworking parent sell their crops at the market, or bring clean water to a family in need.
